わたしのスケジュール

わたしはコロンビアだいがくのさんねんせいです。まいにちとしょかんでべんきょうします。
げつようびとすいようびにごぜんくじにあさごはんたべます。ときどきさしみとごはんをたべます。さしみがおいしいですね！じゅうじにがっこうへいきます。それからごごいちじにひるごはんをたべます。いつもごはんとやさいとにくたべます。それからごごじゅうにじまでとしょかんでしゅくだいをします。にじゅうにねます。
かようびともくようびにごぜんくじにぎゅうにゅうをのみます。それからがっこうへいきます。にじにさかなとやさいとごはんをたべます。それからじゅういちじまでひとりでべんきょうします。さびしですよ。
きんようびとどようびとにちようびはやすみです。がっこうへいきません！でもべんきょうしますよ。ときどきレストランへいきます。ちゅうごくとにほんのたべものがだいすきです。いつもともだちにあいます。わたしたちはいっしょにデパートへいきます。

Why Japanese?

First of all I love watching anime. One summer I watched almost a thousand episodes of anime and in the end could understand most of the content without looking at subtitles. It would be great for me to systematically learn Japanese and fully understand the anime I watch. Also, since I watch anime on a regular basis, I will often be exposed to Japanese and that will help me learn Japanese as well.

In addition, I traveled to Japan 4 years ago and totally loved everything there. Most of my friends visit Japan regularly and I hope I can travel in Japan for many more times as well. So learning Japanese and being able to communicate with local people will be so much fun.

The most challenging thing so far is probably memorization since there are so many words and grammar rules to remember. Fortunately lots of stuff are deeply connected with Chinese, such as numbers (一二三四五六七八九十百千万), so most of the time vocabulary and grammar are easier to memorize compared to other languages.
